Muther F$%^$%

Ok.... let me start this off by saying, when you work in the customer service field, you are expected to have a level of communication and humility when working with the public. You NEVER should say "my bad man, oh well" to a customer who just paid you 3k for your services.

A few weeks ago we noticed our hot water heater was leaking. Since we are "renting" the house from my mother inlaw she said to go ahead and get some quotes, and if the tank needed to be replaced to just get a tankless and she would pay for everything. So we got some quotes and decided to go with a local company, we will call them company X. So when the guy came out to give us a quote he said it was ready to go and give them a call to set up an appointment. So later that day i called and was informed by the receptionist that we needed to have an electrical outlet installed near the heater (our house runs on gas), yet when the guy was out ehre he didnt mention anythign about an outlet. So i told her i would call an electrician and have that done before they come out. Well the next day i called them back because they needed to mark WHERE they needed an outlet, i was then informed by the same person "actualy you dont need an outlet, i dont know what i was thinking"... so cool! They came out today and installed it while i was at a mom's meetup with jonas. I left him alone with aaron... so i come home and they guy was already done and gone. I was so excited so me and aaron went outside to check it out.... first thing i see our extention cord running from the hot water heater, through a puddle, and into my dryer outlet that is 20 feet away... ummmmmm ...... we have a problem... The pulmber never once came in and mentioned ANYTHING about needing an outlet, had he said "hey, wheres the outlet" we woudl of told him to mark where he needed it and he would have to come back after it was installed... isntead he said nothing and ran an extention cord through a huge puddle and all over the damn yard.... So I call the company and say "hey, what the fuck? You told us you didnt need an outlet, and if you needed one or your technition told us he needed one PRIOR to installing the damn thing we would of told him to stop!" So her words to me "i guess i was wrong, sorry man, oh well"..... wow.... So we have an electric death trap running all over our yard and all you can say is "oh well" ????? Bull shit... I got pissed off and hung up on her, then aaron called back and yelled at them and now they are paying to have the outlet installed tomorrow. Seriously... does this even look safe?! If you were a plumber wouldn't you question that before you unplugged my dryer, run an extention cord all over my yard and through puddles, to connect it?? I'm not a plumber, BUT I WOULD!! I HAVE COMMON SENSE!!! AAGGHHH!!

COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY... if they had communicated at any time they could of avoided this issue...
